Delivery of products ordered from this website is only available to addresses located in the UK and Northern Ireland, (As far as QVS are concerned The Channel Islands are not part of the UK), unless otherwise stated in the delivery options shown at the time of ordering.

By placing an order for a product from this website you warrant that you:

Contract Formation
After placing an order through the website you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you by email a 'goods despatched' confirmation. The contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you the
'goods dispatched' confirmation.

We will not be obliged to supply any other products that may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate order 'goods dispatched' confirmation.

All products and services contained on or referred to in this website (including Content that can be downloaded) are subject to availability and QVS has the right to withdraw any product or service at any time without notice.

We endeavour to keep our inventory updated on a daily basis so as to only advertise products that are in stock and available for despatch. If however a product is ordered and found to be unavailable we will email you to inform you of this within 1 working day of your order placement.

Where the content includes information relating to the prices of any product or service QVS has the right to change any such pricing information at any time without notice. QVS cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of the products shown on this website exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Due to photographic and manufacturing processes the actual colour tone may vary (lighter/darker) from that shown.

All product prices quoted in this shop are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 20%.

The VAT element of each purchase is clearly detailed in the shopping cart and on the QVS invoice which will be despatched with your order.

All prices for products will be as displayed on this Website from time to time except in the case of obvious error and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition. Such delivery charges and any additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Please note that Special Terms and Conditions of Sale may contain provisions relating to delivery. If they do then in the event of any inconsistency the Special Terms and Conditions of Sale will prevail over the standard delivery provisions referred to above.

The QVS website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures prior to acceptance of an order so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Website We may at our discretion reject your order without liability to you and notify you of such rejection

QVS are under no obligation to supply products to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order preparation confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

All transactions are in pounds sterling and paid via PayPal to the email address designated at the time of concluding payment.

We endeavour to process and despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday. No orders are despatched at Weekends and Bank Holidays. Once your order has been despatched we will email to you confirmation of despatch and the relevant carrier/tracking details. Please ensure you use the tracking details on-line to check the status of your order before contacting us for the status, as we can only check the same information that you will already have access to on the carrier's website.

If after checking the status of your order delivery on-line you are experiencing an unsatisfactory delay or you require assistance in resolving a pending delivery problem then by all means contact us on with your order number and contact details including a telephone contact number.

If an item is held at the post office or carrier depot awaiting collection and it has not been subsequently collected, or if a delivery is refused and then returned to us then a £6.00 charge will apply for returning the goods to us.

Your right to cancel
Unless the products are subject to Special Terms and Conditions of Sale containing provisions to the contrary in relation to those products you may cancel your order at any stage prior to dispatch and within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

We aim to process your order for despatch to you within 1 working day of receiving it. Consequently, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we may be unable to prevent products you have ordered being dispatched to you and you will need to return them to us at your own cost once the goods arrive with you or opt to refuse the delivery. To cancel your order after delivery you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your order by email on Goods must then be returned to us within 14 days of that notification date.

All goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and at your own cost. If returning goods it is your responsibility to insure sufficient insurance against damage/loss in transit. A full refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods subject to inspection. We are entitled to redeem our costs of sending all parcels if the order is cancelled and goods returned. This means you will refunded the total cost paid for the goods less the cost of delivery.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items
If a product is faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, we will either replace or exchange any such products, or, refund to you the price paid including all delivery charges provided you have not used the goods and notify us of the fault, mistake or damage within 14 days of receipt. Please inspect all items purchased prior to use and if you notice a fault or damage of any kind then please do not use the item and notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods. If any item is found to be faulty in anyway during inspection and you then go on to use the item this will make any warranty void and regretfully we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. To resolve a reported fault issue, we may in the first instance ask for pictures of relevant packaging and/or products to be taken and uploaded to us for inspection before determining what action to be taken on our part for reasonable and proper resolution.

If a return is authorised then the faulty, incorrect or damaged products will be collected by a carrier booked by us on a working day mutually agreed between you and us. We can agree a day for the collection but not a specific time in the day. Should the carrier not be able to collect the goods on arrival on the agreed day then any subsequent chargeable attempts to collect will be paid for by you.

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control which shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, strikes or any other industrial action, war, civil commotion, acts of government or any change in statute, order or regulation having the force of law that affects our operation or affairs. If any such circumstances occur we will discharge our obligations as soon as practicable after such circumstances have ceased to affect our operations.

This Website operates by way of invitation to treat only and we reserve the right to decline to sell products from this website.
