What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards via PayPal.
How can I place an order?
You can order online simply by clicking the "Add To Basket" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later) and when you are done shopping, you need to choose the delivery method and then click on the "Checkout" button. At the checkout page we ask you for your details and once this is completed you will then click the "continue" button which will take you to the "order summary" page. On this page you need to check your order and then click the "Pay by PayPal" option button. This will link you to PayPal where you can pay for your order easily, securely and quickly via PayPal.
How safe is it to use my credit card to pay?
Using your credit card online at QVSshop.co.uk is extremely safe as we use PayPal for all online credit/debit card transactions.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. The PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

Do QVS's prices include VAT?
All prices shown on our site are inclusive of VAT at 20%. You will not get charged any extra taxes when you checkout but the VAT that you will pay is itemised separately for your convenience.
Can I cancel my order?
Unless the products are subject to Special Terms and Conditions of Sale containing provisions to the contrary in relation to those products you may cancel your order at any stage prior to dispatch and within 7 days after dispatch.
We aim to process your order for dispatch to you within 1 working day of receiving it. Consequently, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, we may have already dispatched your order to you and you may then need to return them to us.
To cancel your order before dispatch, you must notify us in by email on firstname.lastname@example.org. To cancel your order after delivery you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of your order for a cancellation number by email on email@example.com.
Does the delivery have to be signed-for?
Smaller items will be sent via royal mail and in most cases, these will not require a signature. Larger items will go via a tracked carrier service. All goods that are sent via carrier will require a signature on delivery to comply with the carriers insurance policy and PayPal's anti-fraud policy. Please do not request your order be left without a signature, as unfortunately, we are unable to comply under any circumstance.

When can I expect my order?
We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday. No orders are dispatched at Weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders are normally sent by Parcelforce 48 Delivery Service, which means most customers will receive there order within two working days from dispatch, excluding weekends, however, some locations in the UK will take longer and for exact delivery times you need to go to the Parcelforce website www.parcelforce.com to check.
What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
All of our products are brand new, inspected prior dispatch and packaged extremely well for shipping to ensure your total satisfaction. If you notice prior to signing for your order that there is damage to the goods then you are within your right to refuse the delivery. If you sign-for the goods and notice damage prior to opening the parcel then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with as much detail as possible. If you have the facility to take a photo of the damage then please attach an image of this to your email.
Can you deliver to any address?
We can only deliver to the name and address you have registered with Paypal. This is to ensure we remain eligible against fraud under the PayPal anti-fraud insurance scheme.
How do I contact QVS?
QVS can be contacted by email by clicking here. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Emails received during these hours will usually be answered within 1 working day.
What if I have a complaint?
We are determined to provide the easiest and best way to buy, and we are not satisfied unless all our customers are delighted with their purchase and their experience of shopping at QVShop.co.uk. In the unlikely event that you do not enjoy your experience of shopping with us, please tell us by email providing as much detail as possible. We will acknowledge your complaint within one working day and will do our very best to resolve it as speedily as possible.
How will you use my personal details?
QVS has a strict policy of keeping all customer information entirely confidential. We will never pass your details on to a third party.
Does QVS have a returns policy?
Yes, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Once you receive your order you have seven days to decide if you wish to return it. All goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and at your own cost. If returning goods it is your responsibility to insure sufficient insurance against damage/loss in transit. A full refund excluding any shipping costs will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods subject to inspection.
