All orders with payment cleared by 1.30pm Mon - Fri (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day. Payments cleared after 1.30pm are dispatched the next working day (We are not able to dispatch or deliver during weekends & on Bank Holidays). Orders received after 1.30pm on a Friday will be dispatch on the following Monday (or Tuesday if its a bank Holiday).
Please keep in mind that currently the actual delivery times (normally within 2 to 3 working days and excludes extreme rural areas, N.I., Scottish Highlands and Offshore UK ( possibly up to 5 working days) may vary regionally around the UK as this is dictated by unprecedented volumes of orders the carriers are now asked to deliver and also how may drivers they have available. Please also be aware that the larger/longer items that cannot be handled by the carriers spiral conveyor sorting systems have to be manually sorted and because of this delivery times may be extended.
Currently we can offer a "Next Day" delivery service to most parts of the UK (excludes extreme rural areas, N.I., Scottish Highlands and Offshore UK) at a cost of £3.00.
Standard Delivery is free to over 90% of UK postcodes. Only the following postcode areas incur a surcharge payment for delivery:

If you require delivery to any of the above delivery surcharge areas, please be sure to choose the correct delivery surcharge option at checkout. If the relevant delivery surcharge is not paid for when placing your order, then we reserve the right to cancel the order and ask you to order again with the correct delivery option.
We use Royal Mail for smaller parcels up to 2Kgs and DHL for larger parcels up to 30Kgs but reserve the right to change carriers is the need arises.
Non-UK Dispatch & Delivery Information
We do not ship outside of the UK (including Channel Islands).
Special Terms & Conditions Concerning Oversize Parcels
Free delivery and any stated surcharge delivery price is for 1 parcel with a total package weight of up 30Kgs and within standard maximum package dimensions stated by the carrier we use at the time of dispatch.
Multiple item orders will be combined into one parcel wherever possible. Should your order exceed 30Kgs total for one parcel then we will contact you to advise you of this and request any required additional shipping costs for the excess. The same conditions apply should your parcel be deemed to be outside the maximum volume or length accepted by the carriers we use. On the very rare occasions that we are unable to find an economical cost acceptable by us or the purchaser for shipping oversize parcels then we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

Incorrect Delivery Address Issues
We reserve the right to withhold delivery until all the required correct address details plus a contact phone number are provided.
Should the items be returned to us after dispatch because of incorrect/insufficient address information or the delivery is not possible for any reason then the buyer will be responsible for paying for the return cost to us and the redelivery charge - which will vary depending on the carrier method used.
