Daily Delivery Update: Currently we can deliver to all UK addresses but cannot accept orders for delivery outside the UK. Typically deliveries are 2 to 3 days. However, due to unprecedented & extreme UK parcel volumes delivery carriers are warning of delayed delivery times in some parts of the UK. Please read statements below from Parcelforce and Royal Mail.
Daily Stock Update: Our stock counts are very accurate on our website - we update daily, so if something is out of stock you should not be able to order it.
UK Dispatch & Delivery Information
Normally (prior Coronas Virus pandemic - see below for current update) all orders with payment cleared by 2pm Mon - Fri (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day. Payments cleared after 2pm are dispatched the next working day (We are not able to dispatch or deliver during weekends & on Bank Holidays). Orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatch on the following Monday (or Tuesday if its a bank Holiday).
Please keep in mind that currently the actual delivery times may vary regionally around the UK as this is dictated by unprecedented volumes of orders the carriers are now asked to deliver and also how may drivers they have available - due to isolation issues. Plus when they have to bring in replacement agency drivers, these new drivers will not deliver as many parcels in a day as they don't know the areas as well as the normal route drivers.
Currently we are unable to offer a guaranteed next day delivery service.
Standard Delivery is free to over 90% of UK postcodes. Only the following postcode areas incur a surcharge payment for delivery:

If you require delivery to any of the above delivery surcharge areas, please be sure to choose the correct delivery surcharge option at checkout. If the relevant delivery surcharge is not paid for when placing your order, then we reserve the right to cancel the order and ask you to order again with the correct delivery option.
We use Royal Mail for smaller parcels up to 2Kgs and Parcelforce for larger parcels up to 30Kgs. Below are the most recent statements from these delivery services.
Royal Mail Statement Re Delivery Procedures
In order to protect both our people and customers, we are temporarily not handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Postmen and postwomen will instead log the name of the person accepting the item, and can sign on their behalf. This will apply to all deliveries that require a signature. Additionally, for all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where we need to deliver any parcel that won’t fit through their letterbox, we will place their item at their door. Having knocked on the door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while they retrieve their item. This will ensure the item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
If they are unable to come to the door at all, we will issue a ‘Something for You’ card, advising them to stay home and book a free redelivery of their item. Only in essential circumstances should a parcel be collected from the Customer Service Point at their local delivery office. In this situation, and to keep their mail as secure as possible, they will need to bring along the card we left and a form of ID in the name of the person the item is addressed to.
Royal Mail Statement Re Delivery Services
We are committed to ensuring we deliver for the country. Our colleagues are keeping the mail moving – delivering letters and parcels across the UK, including to those who find it difficult to leave their homes.
Throughout this crisis, we will continue to deliver the most comprehensive service we can to all our customers. However, as cases of coronavirus increase across the UK we, along with other organisations, are experiencing growing levels of employee absence due to illness and self-isolation.
Absence rates are currently significantly higher than what we normally expect at this time of year. To manage these severe absence levels – which are growing - we are implementing a range of mitigations. These include changing the time guarantee on Special Delivery and deploying non-operational managers in Delivery. We are working closely with approximately 11,000 Post Offices that remain open to provide another avenue – where appropriate – for you to access essential mail services. Despite our best endeavours, it is likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduction in service levels due to coronavirus-related absences at their local mail centre or delivery office.
We will continue to actively monitor this rapidly evolving crisis. We will keep talking to you. And, we will continue to focus on the delivery of our two priorities: i) safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our people and the communities we serve; and ii) delivering as comprehensive a service as possible at all times.

Parcelforce Statement Re Delivery Guarantees
Suspensions of UK service guarantees
Due to the current situation, there is significant impact on our ability to maintain all our usual service levels. We will continue offering our services, receiving and delivering parcels for our customers but there may be disruptions to some services under current conditions.
As a result, we have suspended our service guarantees on all services from 18th March 2020 but will maintain service levels where we can.
Currently, we are not able to accept orders from or to arrange delivery to BFPO & PO Box addresses.
Non-UK Dispatch & Delivery Information
Currently, we are not able to deliver outside the UK due to the Corona Virus pandemic restrictions.
For your future reference (once normal service resumes) we deliver to the following countries with prices are as follows:

The stated delivery price for each country is for 1 parcel with a total package weight of up 30Kgs and a maximum length of 1.5 metres. Please note that due to the parcel 1.5-metre maximum length restriction we are currently not yet able to supply all of the advertised products to addresses outside the UK.
Multiple item orders will be combined into one parcel wherever possible. Should your order exceed the 30Kgs total for one parcel then we will contact you to advise you of this and request additional shipping costs for the excess. Your order will not be shipped until the required full shipping cost is paid. If the required additional shipping cost is not paid within 3 days of the request, we will, unfortunately, cancel your order and refund you your payment in full. Please allow 5 working days (excluding weekends and country bank holidays) from the date of despatch to delivery to any country outside the UK. We cannot make promises of delivery on a specific day. The local country carrier will normally contact you once your order has arrived in your country, to confirm a delivery date. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances, so if you are not available on the day the carrier is due to deliver then we always suggest you make a mutual arrangement with the carrier to have the goods delivered to a neighbour or work address, so as not to inconvenience your day.
General Dispatch & Delivery Information
We reserve the right to withhold delivery until all the required correct address details plus a contact phone number are provided.
Should the items be returned to us after dispatch because of insufficient address information then the buyer will be responsible for paying for redelivery.
