Daily Delivery Update: Currently we can deliver to all UK addresses but cannot accept orders for delivery outside the UK.
Daily Stock Update: Our stock counts are very accurate on our website - we update daily, so if something is out of stock you should not be able to order it.
UK Dispatch & Delivery Information
Normally all orders with payment cleared by 2pm Mon - Fri are dispatched the same day. Payments cleared after 2pm are dispatched the next working day (We are not able to dispatch or deliver at the weekends). Orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatch on the following Monday (or Tuesday if its a bank Holiday).
We are currently operating under extreme pressure due to increased orders and less staff to process them. Currently we can meet the above deadlines for "Next Day" orders. If we are unable to get any other orders dispatched within these target times then we will dispatch the next working day (excluding weekends) and upgrade all items sent by carrier to PF24 service and all Posted items to RM24 service, at no extra cost to you.
Please keep in mind that currently the actual delivery times may vary regionally around the UK as this is dictated by unprecedented volumes of orders the carriers are now asked to deliver and also how may drivers they have available - due to isolation issues. Plus when they have to bring in replacement agency drivers, these new drivers will not deliver as many parcels in a day as they don't know the areas as well as the normal route drivers.
So, we will process the orders as explained above and send you a dispatch email once they are on their way but please be patient as we cannot guarantee that all PF24 & RM24 deliveries will be delivered the next day but they will always be prioritised over the standard PF48/RM48 parcels which are typically 2 to 3 day deliveries. There is a small charge of just £2.00 to upgrade to PF24/RM24 service (this is what we pay the carriers for the upgrade) but please note that under the current climate should your parcel not get delivered the next day we cannot refund the £2.00 and as all guarantees have been lifted by the carriers until further notice. Currently our stats show that over 88% of parcels are being delivered on time.
Standard Delivery is free to over 90% of UK postcodes. Only the following postcode areas incur a surcharge payment for delivery:

If you require delivery to any of the above delivery surcharge areas, please be sure to choose the correct delivery surcharge option at checkout. If the relevant delivery surcharge is not paid for when placing your order, then we reserve the right to cancel the order and ask you to order again with the correct delivery option.
Currently, we are not able to accept orders from or to arrange delivery to BFPO & PO Box addresses.
Standard UK Delivery Times: Please allow up to 3 working days after despatch for your order to be delivered. Surcharge postcodes may take an additional day.
Next Day Delivery Offer
With the exception of the postcode areas listed above, we are able to offer a ‘Next Day’ delivery service for just a one-off payment £2.00. All orders/payments cleared by 2pm will be despatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If you require this service, please be sure to choose the ‘UK Next Day’ delivery option at checkout. Please note that the ‘Next Day’ delivery service offer excludes weekend deliveries. Therefore, anything despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding a Bank Holiday Monday).
Non-UK Dispatch & Delivery Information
Currently, we are not able to deliver outside the UK due to the Corona Virus pandemic restrictions.
For your future reference (once normal service resumes) we deliver to the following countries with prices are as follows:

The stated delivery price for each country is for 1 parcel with a total package weight of up 30Kgs and a maximum length of 1.5 metres. Please note that due to the parcel 1.5-metre maximum length restriction we are currently not yet able to supply all of the advertised products to addresses outside the UK.
Multiple item orders will be combined into one parcel wherever possible. Should your order exceed the 30Kgs total for one parcel then we will contact you to advise you of this and request additional shipping costs for the excess. Your order will not be shipped until the required full shipping cost is paid. If the required additional shipping cost is not paid within 3 days of the request, we will, unfortunately, cancel your order and refund you your payment in full. Please allow 5 working days (excluding weekends and country bank holidays) from the date of despatch to delivery to any country outside the UK. We cannot make promises of delivery on a specific day. The local country carrier will normally contact you once your order has arrived in your country, to confirm a delivery date. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances, so if you are not available on the day the carrier is due to deliver then we always suggest you make a mutual arrangement with the carrier to have the goods delivered to a neighbour or work address, so as not to inconvenience your day.
General Dispatch & Delivery Information
We reserve the right to withhold delivery until all the required correct address details plus a contact phone number are provided.
Should the items be returned to us after dispatch because of insufficient address information then the buyer will be responsible for paying for redelivery.
