When measuring an area it is useful to work out the size in m2 and go from there. You will be able to match up as close as possible to the sizes within our range more easily. This weed control is high grade and is preferred by landscape gardeners and experts. This geotextile is a proven product that has been supplied throughout the UK by QVS for over 10 years.
Don't forget the pegs if you need them. The most common way of securing weed fabrics is to use heavy duty plastic pegs or metal pins. Click here for a link to the peg choices. Typically it's a rule of thumb is 1 peg per square metre of fabric. Once laid it is up to you whether you cover the fabric with your chosen product (bark, gravel,stones, etc.), or, leave it uncovered. As the fabric has been UV treated it does not necessarily need to be covered.

Excellent quality weed control fabric
I'm a professional Gardener and occasionally need to use weed control fabric in border renovation work, or as in this case, a small graveled barbeque area. If I only need a small amount, I usually nip down to the local garden centre and buy what's there. As I had a few products to buy from QVS, I added their weed fabric to the order. I was very impressed when it arrived as the polypropylene weave is very fine and tight, giving a much more accurate cut and less strands falling away and going everywhere. The usual stuff at the garden centres: 4-5mm weave, QVS's: more like 2-2.5mm weave. Also a heavier fabric weight. The old saying - 'You only get what you pay for' is certainly true, although you are not paying any more for a better product through QVS. Even the standard plastic pegs were heavier duty than usual, being nearly twice as long and twice the strength of ones I have had to use (bought online by the client) before whose heads snapped off when lightly hammered into the ground! I've found it's best to get a hard rubber mallet to use when hammering in plastic pegs.

Excellent Product
I have used this product over the past few years, both in my garden in the uk and more so in France, where my garden in the forest contains multiple types of weeds. The product performs superbly when used with plastic retaining pegs and covered with stone chippings

Very simple to deploy, we needed to deal with an area behind a building which was an eyesore. Once cleared and levelled we were able to add wood clippings on the top. The area now looks transformed.
