Commercial, Industrial And Home Uses
Canvas Tarpaulins are pre-waxed
at the time of manufacture, however, they will benefit from being re-treated
approximately once per year with a wax solution. Please also note that as canvas
tarps are manufactured with stitched hems and seams (more than one piece of
canvas may be used to make a complete tarp), this means that although they are
water resistant, they may not be fully waterproof as seepage through the seams
is possible if water is left to pool on the canvas.
All sizes are approximate industry standard 'cut sizes' of material before being
made into a tarpaulin. Therefore expect the 'finished size' to be up to 9"
(22cm) shorter both sides to allow for hems and seams in the finishing process.
