The Parcelforce 24  shipping cost (£10.99 inc VAT) includes all addresses on Mainland UK with the exception of the following Scottish PostCodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, Northern Ireland and Offshore UK. We are unable to offer a next day delivery service to the before mentioned regions.

The Parcelforce 48 Surcharge Zones shipping cost (£12.99 inc VAT) is for all of the following Scottish PostCodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, Northern Ireland and Offshore UK. The surcharge costs are implemented by Parcelforce and we the seller have to pay Parcelforce the equivalent surcharge amount and do not profit personally at all from this extra payment.

Please note that the above delivery costs do not apply to countries outside the UK (including Channel Islands) or BFPO orders. Currently we are not able accept  orders from or to arrange delivery to destinations outside the UK including (Channel Islands)  or BFPO orders.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the goods until the correct payment in full has been made.

Shipping costs includes carraige, packing, insurance and lots of TLC.

Redelivery: This item will be sent via a sign-for delivery service. Should the item be returned to us after dispatch because of a wrong address or the carrier was unable to get a signature on delivery then the buyer will be responsible for paying for redelivery.

Parcelforce 24 & 48 Service normally delivers within 1 & 2 working days (excluding weekends) respectively to most towns and cities in the UK, however, some areas of the UK are exempt and will take longer.
